What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve product inquiries efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer tickets and inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using standard troubleshooting procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account status updates.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the Senior Support Manager when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new software releases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
