In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring seamless issue resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores during critical weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming tickets via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions and resolutions into the CRM system for data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common issues and provide constructive feedback to improve internal processes.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Experience: Previous customer support experience is preferred; tech-savvy individuals are a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software and computer navigation.
