- Document all customer interactions and solutions within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor under pressure.
- Assist in training new support staff during weekend onboarding sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
