Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the front of the store.
- Assist with product selection and answer customer inquiries regarding store policies and pricing.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, returns, and exchanges with precision.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation is required.
