Responsibilities
- Execute seamless weekend events from setup to teardown at iconic LA locations
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and venue staff to ensure flawless execution
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and inventory for weekend activations
- Solve in-the-moment challenges with creative solutions during live events
- Conduct post-event debriefs and maintain detailed documentation
- Train and supervise part-time support staff during weekend operations
- Uphold premium brand standards across all client touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination experience with weekend availability
- Expertise in managing high-pressure situations with calm professionalism
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for venue commutes
- Proficiency in event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ executed events in hospitality/entertainment
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work all weekends with minimal notice flexibility
