Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Assist with VIP guest coordination and special requests
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Collaborate with team leads during event setup/teardown
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays (8-16 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
