Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and seating logistics for weekend events
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff during shifts
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and quality checks
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Maintain safety compliance and emergency protocols
- Document event metrics and client feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality/event experience preferred
- Availability exclusively on weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Valid California Food Handler's Certificate
- Background check and drug screening required
