Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest management, and breakdown
- Coordinate vendor communications and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, professional interactions
- Manage inventory and ensure venue safety compliance throughout shifts
- Document event details and provide post-event feedback to team leads
- Collaborate with diverse teams to maintain brand consistency
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling needs
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license for potential venue transport
