Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services at resort pools, lounges, and beachfront areas
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of high-traffic hospitality zones
- Assist with event setup and break-down for weekend functions
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and Miami local knowledge
- Must be 18+ with valid work authorization
