Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor setup and operations during weekend events
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at festival entrances
- Assist with stage management and artist coordination
- Monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with security teams and local authorities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve on-site issues
- Conduct post-event cleanup and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods outdoors
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Flexible schedule availability (including holidays)
- Basic first aid certification preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- 18+ years of age (mandatory for alcohol events)
