Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales

- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Report operational issues and maintain detailed incident logs
Qualifications
- Available to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in outdoor/indoor environments
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
