Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend community events
- Manage vendor relationships and volunteer scheduling
- Ensure seamless attendee experience through on-site support
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Track event metrics and prepare post-event reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive event delivery
- Adapt plans to accommodate last-minute changes or weather contingencies
Qualifications
- Proven event coordination experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of event management software
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for equipment transport)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
