Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of corporate and community events in DC and VA.
- Greet and direct attendees to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
- Manage event inventory, distribute promotional materials, and handle ticketing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, answering questions professionally.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure all operational standards are met.
- Perform light cleaning and maintain event spaces to high standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to locations in Washington DC and Virginia.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
