Responsibilities
- Event Execution: Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of corporate events, festivals, and retail activations in the Boston area.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive attendee experience.
- Logistics Support: Manage inventory, distribute materials, and ensure event areas are organized and clean throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend operations team to meet daily targets and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately for retail partners.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (weekend availability is mandatory).
