Responsibilities
- Execute brand activations and attendee engagement strategies at weekend events
- Manage registration systems and VIP guest experiences with precision
- Maintain brand integrity while providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinate event setup/breakdown logistics including equipment and signage
- Document activities through photo/video content for client reporting
- Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure seamless event flow
- Adapt to changing conditions while maintaining professional composure
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-10pm blocks)
- Previous customer service, retail, or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with diverse audiences
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tech proficiency for registration systems and social media
- Professional appearance with ability to adhere to brand guidelines
- Flexibility to work 12-20 hours weekly across multiple weekends
