Qualifications
- Available to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California driver's license preferred for equipment transport
- Proven reliability with punctual attendance record
- Basic cash handling or POS system experience desirable
