Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend events and festivals
- Assist with venue setup, crowd control, and guest check-in processes
- Distribute promotional materials and engage attendees with brand messaging
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and ticketing transactions
- Maintain clean and safe event spaces throughout shift duration
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event operations
- Document attendee feedback and report operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to various event locations across Las Vegas
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings until 11 PM
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
