Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown including tents, signage, and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and directional support to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols as directed
- Collaborate with team members for smooth event operations
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to event locations across San Antonio
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in busy environments
- Basic smartphone proficiency for check-in systems
- 18+ years old with valid ID
