Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue specifications
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification processes
- Provide exceptional customer service at information booths and activity stations
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during events
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues
- Document incident reports and client feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (10am-10pm shifts)
