Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues per client specifications
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow control
- Execute event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Operate audiovisual equipment and stage lighting systems
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite event coordinators
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout events
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during setup/breakdown
- Basic knowledge of A/V equipment operation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Professional appearance and customer service demeanor
