Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides to attendees
- Assist with venue setup, including tents, signage, and equipment
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collect and organize vendor payments and sales data
- Represent sponsor brands with professional conduct
- Report operational issues to on-site management
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Reliable transportation to Boston event locations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours during shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
