Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event entry points, information booths, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with vendor setup/breakdown and equipment management
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve on-site issues promptly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Accurately track attendance and shift hours for payroll processing
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Portland
- Basic customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Must pass background check and provide valid ID
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing schedules
