Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at festivals, concerts, and corporate events
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown and equipment management
- Represent client brands professionally through appearance and conduct
- Complete accurate cash handling and transaction reporting
- Adapt quickly to changing event environments and schedules
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation to downtown/airport venues
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for cash handling responsibilities
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- No prior experience required – training provided
