Responsibilities
- Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage guest check-ins and provide information about the event
- Ensure the event area is clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with setup and teardown of event materials
- Respond to attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all company and event guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid government-issued ID
