Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend events and festivals
- Manage vendor booths, ticket scanning, and crowd control
- Set up/break down event infrastructure and promotional materials
- Assist with inventory management and product demonstrations
- Collect and report event attendance and feedback data
- Maintain professional appearance while representing client brands
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8-16 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Columbus
- Basic smartphone proficiency for check-in and reporting
