Responsibilities
- Set up/break down event spaces according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest service at VIP entrances and activity zones
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise/ticketing
- Perform venue sanitation and maintenance during shifts
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless operations
- Document incident reports using mobile reporting tools
Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Valid government-issued photo ID and SSN for immediate onboarding
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting (25lbs max)
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Smartphone with reliable data for shift communications
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in high-energy environments
- Must be 18+ years old
