Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues per client specifications
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout events
- Assist with crowd control and safety protocols
- Operate basic event equipment (sound, lighting, signage)
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (minimum 8 weekend shifts/month)
- Reliable transportation to various Columbus metro locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic smartphone proficiency for scheduling app
- Flexible attitude toward last-minute assignments
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Must pass standard background check
