Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at weekend events
- Distribute promotional materials and brand collateral
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Provide exceptional customer service and information support
- Monitor inventory and asset security during shifts
- Collaborate with team leads for seamless operations
- Document shift activities and submit daily reports
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia event venues
- Must pass background screening
