Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts with precision and efficiency
- Lead and mentor 5-7 team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Handle inventory management and quality control procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Execute weekend promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven availability for every Saturday and Sunday shift
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if applicable to role)
