Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at weekend festivals/conferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Set up and break down event spaces including tables, signage, and equipment
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless weekend operations
- Handle cash transactions and vendor coordination as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong interpersonal skills with approachable, professional demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Basic cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to multiple Phoenix venues
- 18+ years old with valid government ID
- Flexible to work 3-8 weekend hours per week
