Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of guest areas and facilities
- Coordinate with day shift staff for seamless service transitions
- Manage inventory restocking and supply chain logistics
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate complex issues to management

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
