Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at diverse weekend events (festivals, concerts, conferences)
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Distribute event materials and assist with attendee registration/check-in
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Respond professionally to attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Document shift activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio landmarks a plus
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license required
