Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and mentor weekend team members on service standards and safety protocols

- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless transitions
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash handling audits
- Implement promotional events during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or retail supervisory experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
