Responsibilities
- Manage guest entry and ticket verification at high-profile events
- Distribute promotional materials and provide venue information
- Maintain safe crowd flow and enforce event protocols
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and special requests
- Collaborate with team leads during setup/teardown phases
- Report incidents and operational issues promptly
- Represent Vegas Events Pro with professional appearance
Qualifications
- Available to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6-8 hour blocks)
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass basic background screening
