Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event booths/stations per organizer guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Manage inventory and sales transactions at pop-up locations
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout shifts
- Assist with crowd control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members for seamless event operations
- Report activity and sales data to supervisors post-shift
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic cash handling or POS system experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to various Columbus locations
