Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event checkpoints and activity stations
- Manage vendor interactions and coordinate attendee flow
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Maintain event safety standards and emergency protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure efficiently
- Assist with promotional material distribution and attendee engagement
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
