Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Execute event activities including demonstrations, product sampling, and crowd management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe event environments
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Report operational issues and contribute to post-event debriefs
Qualifications
- Unrestricted availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago venues
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Must pass basic background check
