Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend events and festivals
- Manage vendor booths, registration desks, and activity stations
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and crowd control
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with attendees
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
- Submit accurate timecards and activity reports
- Collaborate with team leads for seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays (flexible shifts)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Columbus
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Must pass basic background check
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- 18+ years old with valid ID
