Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at events
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with attendee navigation
- Support venue setup/breakdown including equipment assembly
- Enforce safety protocols and manage crowd control
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines
- Collect and report attendee feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible hours
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
