Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours
- Manage guest check-ins and resolve inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist in inventory management and restocking procedures
- Contribute to weekend team briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for all Saturday and Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic proficiency with reservation and POS systems
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
