Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance at outdoor festivals, concerts, and private events
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Set up and break down event equipment, signage, and staging areas
- Process ticketing/check-ins and assist with guest inquiries and wayfinding
- Collaborate with venue staff to ensure seamless event operations
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to event supervisors
- Maintain professional appearance and represent CityScape Events brand standards
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm in busy environments
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic customer service experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued photo ID required for all shifts
- Reliable transportation to event locations across New Orleans
- Positive attitude and willingness to follow detailed instructions
