Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend festivals, concerts, and community events
- Manage ticket scanning, guest registration, and venue access control
- Assist with crowd management and ensure venue safety protocols
- Set up and break down event equipment and signage
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with venue staff
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations across San Antonio
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Must pass background check and possess valid government ID
