Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through personalized check-ins, concierge assistance, and prompt issue resolution
- Manage resort amenities including pool supervision, activity coordination, and facility maintenance
- Process guest payments, reservations, and billing transactions with accuracy
- Conduct daily property inspections ensuring safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Implement emergency procedures and maintain guest safety during weekend operations
- Assist with weekend events, promotions, and guest engagement activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of resort management systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott Bonvoy)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency a plus
