Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues efficiently according to specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service and attendee support throughout events
- Manage inventory and ensure proper handling of event materials
- Assist with registration, wayfinding, and attendee engagement activities
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent client brands positively
- Document event activities and report any operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation to various SF locations
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Quick learner with adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of event technology (e.g., registration systems)
