Responsibilities
- Manage vendor check-ins and booth assignments at weekend events
- Assist with attendee registration and directional guidance
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain activity stations
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collect and report event attendance data to supervisors
- Set up/break down event infrastructure including tents and signage
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/week)
- Previous event/conference or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis venues
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital reporting tools
