Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at festivals and concerts
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Submit detailed post-event reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Event industry certification preferred (not required)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Background check and drug screen required
