Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at events and venues
- Set up and break down event equipment and booths
- Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe environment
- Distribute promotional materials and interact with attendees
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Report to the event coordinator and follow instructions
- Work collaboratively with other team members
Qualifications
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Previous experience in customer service or event staffing is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for some roles)
