Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and provide exceptional customer service at event entrances and activity stations
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process cashless transactions efficiently
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce venue guidelines for guest compliance
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event equipment and signage
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries in real-time
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays with weekday flexibility
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must pass background check and drug screening
