Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/out assistance and concierge support
- Maintain pristine resort facilities through regular cleaning and maintenance checks
- Process payments and manage resort amenities with attention to detail
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold resort safety standards and emergency protocols
- Support seasonal events and weekend activities as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
