Responsibilities
- Greet and assist event attendees with directions and information
- Manage vendor check-in and booth assignments
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Support setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Collect and reconcile payments at activity stations
- Report operational issues to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
- Valid government-issued ID for payroll verification
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
